Horrible service! They lost my boots, never called me back when they said they would. Had to make three trips to finally pick up my boots. Were extremely rude to me and said that they didn't lose them but only misplaced them. Hah! What a joke. They expected to be paid full price for the service which was sub par to say the least. I will never go back there. I had been a loyal customers for years, until now. I can't believe how rudely I was treated by Marty, the owner. I expressed my dissatisfaction at the fact that my boots were lost and he said he didn't need customers like me. Well, there are a lot of shoe repair shops in Chicagoland so I will take my business elsewhere!
