to whom it may concern: incase you do not get this message i will be writing a letter also.My name is Cathleen Hancock.i live at 8523 Nundy ave lot 28.On May 30th 2012.i had stopped breathing due to a severe seizure.the EMTs who showed were ok.but am writing in reguards to your Americare EMTs.I was so much out of out when they came to transport me to the hospital i couldnt read their names.they were both my heroes that day.the paramedic who rode in the back with me told me i could keep my hnd on his lap til we got to th ER after he was done doing iv and chart.i felt really comfortable with him.after we had gotten to the hospital bothe paramedics stayed with me til a nurse was able to come in with me.both gentlemen held my hands one on each side.to have somebody in this proffession care so much for their patient was remarkable,my favor to you is this....if you could please find out who these gentlemen was.i would like to meet them and thank them in person for their support and the special feeling that had given me that day.thank you Americare for have such two great people workin for you.i wouldnt be here today if it wasnt for their help.this is a mission i want to achieve.thank you so much for your time and help.if u need further information from me.email me [email protected]. signing- Cathleen Hancock
