Natick's Coach & Carriage Auto Body ruined the interior of my BMW after a recent repair. I grew up in Natick, Massachusetts, and had always heard good things about Coach & Carriage Auto Body, Inc., but I could not believe my eyes when my X3 was returned to me with muddy footprints on the carpets, and cigarette ashes all over the center console. As a non-smoker, I was appalled. Apparently, when my wife went to the shop foreman to complain, she was treated very rudely by the personnel there at the Coach & Carriage Auto Body inc. They were expensive and there was a noticeable gap between the body panels where they supposedly had performed their auto body repair, as well as comically mismatched paint. It has been a nightmare working with my insurance company in order to get it resolved, and the Coach & Carriage Auto Body Inc. has been stonewalling on communicating with my insurance agent. I should have known better; Upon drop-off all I saw were beat up, cheap cars and the shop waiting room was filled with cigarette smoke.I strongly recommend you choose another local auto body shop instead of Natick, Massachusetts's Coach & Carriage Auto Body Inc.
