Anyone thinking of doing business with this company please contact the Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission. Disgraceful!

After doing business with Glamour Pool for nearly 30 years we were dropped like a hot potato because we had the audacity to ask for servicing on our pool purchased from them in the early 90's. So if you're looking for reliable service from your pool company beware of this place. The unprofessional treatment we experienced these last few seasons has left us high and dry with a none function pool and over $1,000.00 in repair charges and their absolute refusal to stand by their product. After being ignore and hung up on by Irene we were told to take our business elsewhere. When we asked for a reason or explanation for this highly unprofessional treatment we were told "It's there prerogative to do so". Beware of this business. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. As for their service. My pool is still not working.
