I would NOT ever hire Schmillen Construction Inc.!!! Chuck the owner is NOT a man of integrity! They were hired to install a completely new septic system last Fall they could not get to it then so the state of Iowa allows for an extension until spring I waited until may 1st Never heard or saw them stopped. Chuck never even had the courtesy to call in seven months then finally when he did he was extremely rude and told me I was not that important to him and I should find someone else. I have never been treated so poorly by a business!!! Hire at your own risk!!!
