Untrustworthy and Incompetent I'm on the Board of an HOA. They have untrustworthy pricing tactics. For instance, they will charge $950 and then bump it up to $7300 if insurance is involved by adding other replacements like the motor. Then after they finish, they will charge another $800 for 2 sensors. This gate was stuck 6-7 times within less than a year. They reneged on their warranty as well and are unprofessional. Last year, CSLB took our complaint and it has been a contentious ordeal. Unfortunately, in March 2024, the gate is stuck again. Unfortunately, they also charged us $1300 for a 2-3 inch diagonal weld in March, knowing that the gate was still imbalanced to lowball competitors for a pitch on the motor. The gate was stuck in late August. We did not go with them because of their incompetence. Save your time, money, and health! I have photos of redacted receipts and images.
