We were in need of toner, due to my forgetting to call, and she had the delivery driver bring one to our office that day. We deeply appreciate her kindness in ‘going the extra mile’ for us. I really should mention to you is that John (our service tech) is one of the best service technician's I've ever worked with. He is always on time, with a smile, and completely understands our copier needs. I trust John, and mention that to our managers as one of the reasons I like Powers so much.
