Very rude customer service..Matter a fact when i told the Representative that she was giving poor customer service (her name is Nicki) she stated that they don't work nor are a customer service company, That they have no superior beside her and she did not want to transfer me to no other agent to assist me. As i was trying to translate to my father she stated that she had other things to do and didn't have time. If anyone know their Corporate Superior info please share!
