Don't go to the Bloomfield Auto Wash at Telegraph and Long Lake!!! The attendant was condescending, rude and offensive! I was going to get the $6 wash and I gave him $21 so he could give me $15 back. I was told if I got the least expensive wash I would have to have exact change or use a credit card. I said all I had was cash and he wouldn't accept that, so I said forget it then. I was trying to figure out how to exit when there were cars in line behind me and that when he became very rude and condescending. I've never been treated so poorly and disrespectful by anyone. I will never give them my business again!

Customer service is awful. Took my car there, employee guided me in (like any other car wash), and their equipment tore up my right front tire. Pushed the flat tire all the way thru the car wash. Left an "incident report" and was NEVER called back after numerous attempts to speak to Nick the manager. Finally went in to discuss the matter, and he told me it was "driver error" and wouldn't discuss it further. I'm out almost $300 for the tire. Court is next....
