tenant for over 8 years, i saw and had to break up a girl getting raped in front of my own business, also had over 10 buglaries or attempted buglaries in over 8 years. This company is trashy, starting from new owner daran, to av, to woman who answer phones. This company operates with extreme sense of entitlement, but doesn't hold up there end of the deal. They don't fix anything, av is pro liar for this company. Located directly next to a homeless shelter, with a ton of drug people and mental patients who wander around at night looking to steal anything. trico doesn't provide zero security at all for there own property or tenants. your on your own. I say to trico, what you think you pull over on people always comes back in your face. What happened to donald sterling, and other slum lords, this guy got his just rewards. same to trico eventually. slum lords pussy owner, who won't meet with tenants, won't say important info any info himself, uses his gardners and sweepers, and illegal mexican construction guys to hand out or say anything important. this guy or woman owner is truely lowely coward, who lacks true experience in face to face, and i wonder where he received training, maybe ged in occ ot even mexican ged. I am self employed for over 15 years, i have had several other jobs at the same time, taxi driver, hot dog cart operator, and other jobs. In all of these jobs, you could always find a boss who would talk face to face, here, this boss runs away from talk,and is unavailable. My advice to this guy, grow up, stop being a pussy, sit at your desk and invite people to come and talk. don't be afraid coward.
