Since the company has changed ownership the service is very unprofessional! I have been frauded by this company .They lost 4 of my beautiful shetland sheep skins in the last six months. They owe me money. They give you other peoples skins which aren't as nice as your own. They lie about shipping them out. They don't honor what they lost. I am very unhappy and want my own skins back. I have made over a dozen phone calls to the company and they are not honest. I have been dealing with this company for over seven years but will not do so any more. The service is very poor. They mix up your skins and send you poor quality stuff. NOT RECOMMENED!!!!!!
