Watch OUT !!!!! a little over one year ago I was conversing with Jack about leasing a spot in one of his buildings on Monroe Ave. After three months I never saw a lease. And Jack put a lot off words in my mouth, and there was a lot of contradiction from jack. He owns three building on Monroe ave and only one tenant. That alone tells what type of person this is. if you converse with Jack in a business matter. please put a recorder in you pocket . You will need it. When I spoke the the auto garage around the corner the people there had negative comments. The owner of the sign company that was I hired was the same that Jack used , he also had a very bad experiences with jack. Look on Roccos web site.
