I've been eating Andy's Pizza for years. I work at Stop And Shop I'm a Department Manager and we have big lunches and I always talk about how good Andys pizza is So my manager started ordering 6 to10 pizza every few weeks for our meetings. I also get pizza for my house at least once a week. We would either pick it up or after a long day of work we would have them delivery to us. One night last week after work we decided to order pizza. The girl said about 30 mins. No problem I just got house and was relaxing for the night. After about 45 mins we called just to find out how much longer. The girl stated the the pizza guy was on his way. After and hour we called again. She stated again he should be there any minute. After 1 hr and ten mins went by he finally came. My boyfriend made a joke what took you so long with a smile. And the kid said under his breath ""pick it up next time"" then..Then said wheres my tip... And to make matters worse the pizza is COLD AS ICE.... I then called and vented calmly to the girl on the phone. I'm sure she didn't pass it along.. But I was very upset..Who want to have to reheat pizza.. I wont be getting pizza from there any longer and I will pass it along to friends even where I work. One bad egg spoils the dozen.. Helyn
