APRIL FLORIST IN LOVELAND OH. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WILL USE EVERY BIT OF SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLET I HAVE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE. THE NOT ONLY SENT THE WRONG THING, BUT THEY SENT SOMETHING THAT WAS SMALLER THAN WHAT I ORDERED. TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY DID NOTHING TO CORRECT IT AND BLAMED VALENTINE'S DAY FOR THE PRICE AND FOR WHAT I RECEIVED. OTHERS WHO SENT FLOWERS TO THE FUNERAL PAID LESS FROM OTHER FLORISTS AND WHERE LARGER AND NICER THAN WHAT WAS SENT FROM THIS CRAPPY FLORIST. BEWARE!!!
