Cannot make a good recommendation to this shoddy business. After a late delivery of almost withered roses satisfaction was not forthcoming by the owner Andrew Michael. This would be the third time dealing with unsatisfactory business with Andrews Florist by my husband and his brother, on a separate occasion. Andrew was rude, unresponsive to complaint and was mean-spirited with my husbands request for satisfaction. When going to said business it was a filthy little shop that appeared like an illegal backdoor business. My husband, and his brother, had both made complaints about two separate occasions and both occasions with an additional delivery problem prior, that too was unresolved. The owner is Andrew and his partner is Bianca and neither one was responsive and there is no higher management to assist a resolve. On one occasion, we had visited Andrews, as far back as 2007 to conduct business, as Andrew, the owner, was outside rudely yelling and cussing at a delivery driver. It was unprofessional, obnoxious and down right rude of the owner to be confronting employees in full view of the customers in the filthy-mouthed and childish manner, in which he conducted himself. My husband sees Andrew, the owner, as a punk and a down-right rude business operator. And vows to use a cleaner and more professional floral service for our daughter's large forthcoming wedding and my niece's forthcoming wedding as well as my father's funeral.
