Deluxe Contracting had replaced exisiting roof 2009. Roof was damaged by falling tree during storm(Sandy) Telephoned Deluxe contracting,staff responded next morning. Being unable to locate original roof tiles used in 2009 the damaged roof was repaired with tiles that were close but did not match perfect. I was OK with the tiles used. The next day Deluxe staff arrived without notice. Staff stated their supplier located the orignal tiles. the Tiles installed one day prior were removed/disgarded and replaced at no charge. Highly recommed this contractor.
