Mark I am a long time friend of Bill Way. We worked at OHCD for several years. I also assisted in the development of Pequin Place which evolved into the Way Center. The article in todays Inquirer regarding the housing development was fantiastic. Congratulations, job well done. Bill would be very proud. The power and influence developed for the community must be very gradifying. Keep up the great work. I regret that Bill was unable to experience the Center that bears his name.
