We hired Nardone Construction this spring. Today, June 13th many promises have been made with start dates, etc. NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE! It is a sad state of affair when people in business cannot meet their commitments and find other jobs that might be more advantageous to do rather than what was promised. Please keep in mind that even though this might be a small job to Nardone Construction, this would be a $5,000 job to us, the customer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY OVERBOOK THEIR COMMITMENTS, GIVE NO FOLLOW UP AND COMMUNICATION, AND TREAT US CLEARLY LIKE THE LITTLE GUY. SHAME ON THE TOWN OF YARMOUTH FOR HIRING THEM. JUST WONDERING IF THE RFP WAS ACTUALLY THE LOWEST BID????? Hummm!
