Dear mr stax Im writting yhis letter today because of my concern for your employees at the I hop in south lake tahoe calif.Ive been comming there for several years and have never meet such a rude manager.I was just asking are waitress for a menu and he pulled him away from taking care of us to get another severs drinks as we were speaking .The sever acted affaird of him ,now I believe he could of got the drinks hisself rather than take are server away from doing her job.I felt it was a very unhappy enviroment there and things need to change ,I have always come here and I hope to see change before christmas when my family and I come back to ihop.
