Conservation and restoration of works of art on paper, including drawings, watercolors, prints of all kinds, documents, etc. In 1983, Alan Firkser and Suesanna Voorhees opened Paper Conservation Studio,Inc. in a small garret at Madison and 84th Street in New York City. We moved from there to a slightly roomier facility at Columbus Circle in 1998. In 2000 Susanna retired from the business. Alan has continued on and is looking to move soon to larger quarters. Please watch this space for any updates. We look forward to seeing you as we continue to serve the art community with the caring and quality work that have given us a long term following in the trade.
