Save your money and energy!!!!! The Manager, Vernice Ham is horrible. She is totally unprofessional to tenants other than those whom she favors. She is almost never in the office between business hours and leaves the office every Friday after 230pm --after Intermark Management Corporate headquarters closes--and does not return until Monday morning. Contacting the corporate office about issues regarding the community is pointless. Ms. Ham and her superior Ms. Lynn Reid are such close friends that crucial information pertinent to the successful operation of the complex is disclosed to Ms. Ham. Lynn constantly forewarns Vernice about complaints lodged against her, audits that reveal discrepancies in accounting practices regarding unpaid rent or petty cash and is then advised how to proceed going forward. As a result of the aforementioned, the office gets to remain close while the manager cleans up the issue and Ms. Reid, when contacted, claims she is aware that the office is closed due to an emergency or the manager being sick. This leaves tenants without a means of dropping off rent, reporting leaks or issues (outside of the emergency number which will get a message to someone sometime within the day, although, the work order must be written up by Ms. Ham). The apartments are spacious but things constantly need to be repaired. The maintenance people are sometimes temporary because the workload demanded is too high and or materials needed to do the repairs are not availabl
