Terrible! It took them over an hour and a half to call me back when i called them at the work number and the cell (as instructed on the office voice-mail) and when they did not only did she have me on speaker but then had the audacity to hang up on me when I told her I had called another company that was sending someone else out. Ridiculous. Never calling her again! (yes it's a woman)
