Could have asked for better customer service . Reserved a unit over the phone and moved from out of state . It was a very smooth transaction from start to finish . Place looks great from the road and the unit I rent is clean and dry . Very friendly staff could not have been more helpful. Thanks Sharon-Ann & Wolf Creek Storage

OMG!! I thought I was the only one. I was recently affected by the flood. The area was closed for 2 weeks and I could not get to my storage. The whole storage center went underwater. Last week they had just opened up and I tried to get to my stuff but Sheryl-Ann said there was a hard lock on my storage and I had to pay for the month of September. Why do I need to pay for damaged things? She placed a guy name Brian on the phone and pretended he was the owner. Come to find out the owner was not there and he was the UHaul Manager. I thought she was sweet but she is evil and a liar hiding behind Jesus. RUN!!! RIP OFF! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE if you plan to store for longer than 1yr.

This place is great. The people writting negative reviews are people who do not read their contract. Like failing to give move out notices, usually in the storage business that's why they continue to be charged. It's kind of like vacating a rent house and not telling the landlord. I have stored here for years with no problem. I pay my rent on time and every request I have asked the Management has been answered promptly.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. NOT EVEN MY ENEMY. SHARON ANN IS A THIEF. SHE HAS BEEN STEALING MONEY FROM MY DAD FOR A YEAR AND HE NEVER HAD A PLACE THERE. HE PAID MY LAST MONTH RENT AND SHE HAS BEEN STEALING MONEY FROM US SINCE OCT 2013. SHE REFUSES TO GIVE US HER LAST NAME OR THE OWNER NAME SO THAT WE COULD SUE HER. WE HAVE DONT ALL THINGS WE NEEDED TO DO TO MOVE OUT AND SHE IS CONSTANTLY STEALING OUR MONEY. SHE WONT GIVE US OUR PAPERWORK SHOWING THAT WE NO LONGER RESIDE THERE. SHE IS A THIEF! AND NOW THAT I'M READING THIS I'M SEEING THAT IT'S NOT JUST US THAT SHE IS DOING THIS TO. THE OWNER SHOULD FIRE HER. HER MOTHER IS ALSO A THIEF SO I SEE WHERE SHE GETS IT FROM.

Stay AWAY from this place. They saved my debit card information and charged my account without permission. I had dropped a check off to them and they processed that too. The woman who answers the phone is rude and never has time to talk. She told me it would take 7 days to get the money back to me, and I told her it didn’t take 7 days from her to process my card without permission. Also, I have given notice 6 times by phone that I was moving my stuff out and each time she did not have time to talk to me. She would tell me she would have to look at my contract to see how much notice I had to give Some require 30 days notice.(First call was July 16th and I am moving out at the end of August, way more than 30 days). She would ask me to call back because she was at another location and that she didn’t have anything to write with or she was showing a unit. (it s a big metal box, what is there to show?) Once gave me an email address, but it was the wrong one. I haven’t gotten the money matter cleared up yet, and I am moving out by the end of the month, so my nightmare isn’t over yet.

Stay away!! This place is a ripoff, our unit had multiple items stolen from it and the company continues to charge our bank account after we have vacated the unit. The woman who runs it is condescending and unbelievably rude. We were with this company for 7 years and were never late on a single payment or caused any problems. We have used them for storage and U-Haul rentals, but we will make sure everyone we know in Denham steers clear of this storage facility. I'm aghast at the way we have been treated by this company.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WOLF CREEK STORAGE!!! mine alone with 6 others was broken into on a thursday i was notified on a friday they put there own lock onto my storage unit and would not not wait for me to get off work to get there to get my things out and i had to wait till monday to clean out my unit well monday was the 1st so they made my pay for the next months rent before i was let in to get my things!!! which it was not my fault i wasn't able to get in before the first was deff wasnt about to leave my things in a while where half of what i own was just stolen i was only storeing it there while in the middle of moving so now i have no clothes TVs and much more and im out 60 dollars becaue they would not let me in before the 1st...
