When it comes to servicing Envirosight Pipe Inspection Products, AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Terrible customer service, terrible equipment service, terrible billing, terrible communication. Broken service Contracts. 3 yr old video glitch they can't figure out. Equipment leaks air pressure daily but was told that's normal (No, No it isn't) The truck itself was falling apart from day 1. (not good truck builders) They have had my entire truck for more than 3 months on multiple occasions and still couldn't fix the problem either time. They have absolutely no business even touching Envirosight Equipment. I love the Envirosight Equipment when it works properly, it's just the service from Environmental Products is a complete joke. Never delt with anything like it in my life and cannot believe they stay in business dealing with customers like this. Again, only on Envirosight products.
