When they came to fix the kitchen sink, they misplaced the pipe of the dishwasher and we had drainage issue. I immediately called the owner Conrado Zavala but he didn't come or send anybody. I had to fix the issue ASAP and called customer support of the manufacture. They sent a technician to fix the issue next day. It costed me more than $150. I requested Conrado to cover the cost. He still believed the way they connected the pipe was correct which was denied by the technician the manufacturer sent. Poor knowledge and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anybody to work with this company.
