back in yr 2000 i ran into some federal tax problems. I owed much money for filing exempt. So Jerry Parenti (my hero) helped me get everthing I needed and filed an "offer in compromise" on my behalf. Needless to say, I paid so much less then if I would of had to pay everything. Now I am Clear of any mishaps..
