Worst experience ever! My car was towed after an auto accident by their driver Steven. I found out from my insurance company several days later that the aftermarket head unit i just installed was gone. So i went to chanceys to ask them if they knew anything about that. They got in my face raised their voices at me placed the blame on everyone else even though i was simple asking. they told me it s just $200 id just forget about it. They never even investigated it. I will never use them again. If you don t want your stuff stolen use a different company.

I would like to thank the Chancey's driver that saved my life last night. I was unfamiliar with Pabola Rd and was trying to get on I20 East when I found myself almost getting onto the off ramp and heading into oncoming traffic, which I am sure would have resulted in a head on collision! He thankfully keep hitting his horn, at first annoying me, then making me realize what a huge mistake I was about to make. It was around 7:30 and I was in a grey Honda Accord. I am so grateful to that driver and I thank him. God blessed me last night with his grace and I wish the same for the driver of the truck. please pass this thank you on if you can find this driver.
