I was just recently at Ryan's in chambersburg Pa and my visit started at very welcome when I approached the cashier in which was Betty, she was very friendly as well as helpful. I approached the buffet and witnessed a employee that was wearing a blue shirt, not sure if she was a part of the management, but she was binging food to the bar with her hair flyinging around the food, it is short but was still down over her collar as well as flying in her face, this was my first oh no situation and later on in my visit I noticed she was serving as well where still her hair was hanging in her face, I do not understand how she would have time to give her customers full and great service when she is running the food to the bar. Is the restaurant to cheap to properly staff the place??? I was really disappointed with the way the food looked, not fresh. My server was very friendly and very prompt not sure of her name, it was written on our ticket but forgot to grab it on the way out. I can not believe that a restaurant buisness would allow thier employees to have their hair hanging in their face while working around food and even carrying it to the bar. So very disapointed in my visit not sure if I will return to that particular restaurant.
