I am Lanis James Lemaire. I visited your clinic for a eye exam and feel I was totally overcharged. You charged me 176.33 for a eye exam? Outrageous but my fault, I always believed in doing business in the town I live in but I have learned my lesson. My wife had her eyes examined in Longview Texas for a total of 79.00 ~it is worth the 45 mile drive to save 100.00. I went back 3 days later to your office to complain about the perscription not being correct and 1st you worker took the new glasses to so call read them and charged me another 10.00, and of cource told me it was my fault, I should have said a instead of b during the exam. All I asked her for is to talk to you about re-writing my perscription back to my origional perscription, being i see perfect with my old glasses, instead she squeezed a little more money out of me.There is an old truth~"a happy customer will tell 10 people while a unhappy customer will tell 100 people" ~I wonder which path your staff put me on? My recommendation~tell your staff to try smiling a little when a new customer walks in .
