This is not a recommendation , this is an e-mail to corporate to inform you of the mistreatment and disrespect I endured as a consumer from your newly employed cashier Matthew. This has been on going, he has been rude and belligerent to me, only this past experience, he actually threw me out of the store and refused to allow me to do business. The reason? Because on one occasion,conflict insued because he refused to take my change for a purchase, I had to lick the donut so he was forced to take my money. In addition to, I am disabled and unable to stand for more then a few moments, so I put my heavy bag of ice next to register on top of frozen treats by the door. The line was past the soda machine, and the other clerk was busy making sandwiches there was only his register available, well, as he finished the transaction he started up a conversation with this person,the conversation that Matthew was having with the customer went on and on and on until I starred at customer with a look of annoyance, he left, as I was beckoned by the next customer to go ahead to make my purchase, Matthew said,"she can wait, shes not in line" then when i approached register, Matthew scolded me and said," you were out of line" I said no I wasn't talk on your time, not company time. I told Chuck what happened. Tonight Matthew told me that "he didn't appreciate me bad mouthing him" I said don't speak to customers like that , then he refused to sell to me, and told me to get out! 408-836-1192 Toni
