Nope...nope... and no, I am NOT a fan of this group. I USE to be. But, not now. We purchased a nice smaller car from them 2 years ago & we had the extended warranty package added. Steven's Import accidentally CANCELLED our warranty & did not notify us of this action. Two weeks ago, we had a MAJOR repair that needed to be done...so we (with confidence in the warranty package that we THOUGHT we still had) took the car in for the VERY expensive repair and were later STUNNED to find out that we did NOT have an extended warranty. Because Steven's Import had cancelled it. After 11 calls to the company, we have received NO satisfaction...they have offered the following: either they will pay for the repair OR we can purchase an extended warranty from them. My response? Steven's Imports pays for the repair AND we purchase the warranty through them. There should be NO "either-or"...because, if they had NOT cancelled our warranty, we would only be paying for the deductible. Period. I am on a mission...to let the rest of the public know...don't trust Steven's Imports for fair & trustworthy treatment AFTER your purchase. S Clary
