Mr. Joseph handled two automobile accidents for me; both of them involved rear-end collisions to my vehicle. For the 1st accident, I retained a well-known law firm that made many promises, but failed to keep. It was a complex legal matter in which five vehicles were involved. It was assigned to attorneys who lacked the experience to handle a complex case. These attorneys were difficult to get a hold of, rarely returned calls; they mostly catered to easy cases for easy money. The case continued for nearly two years with no settlement in sight. In the meantime, I was sent to six physicians for my injuries on a lien basis, even though I had excellent medical insurance. After compiling tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills, this firm decides to drop me. No specific reason was given, but I suspect it was too difficult of a case, and time consuming. I picked up a box that contained thousands of medical and legal documents, and took it to Mr. Joseph (I found his name on the internet) on a Saturday, and I immediately knew he was like no other attorney I had met. He was cordial, compassionate, understanding, and took his time to understand my particular case. He comforted me during a very stressful time in my life. He took on a botched case and made the best of it. He even took the time to refer me to a well-known orthopedic surgeon at Cedars-Sinai Hospital who performed my spine surgery. Mr. Joseph settled all my medical liens. I highly recommend Mr. Joseph - he is superb!
