My original quote by email was not honored, and I paid almost 50% more for the wrong product. I did not receive what I ordered even though I went back twice to receive my prints. I wrote an email to the manager explaining my displeasure, and it was ignored. I called the following week and was belittled by the same manager. She blamed her intern for the mistake but would not take responsibility. She proceeded to belittle me for not knowing the difference between a sheet and a page. She put me down for homeschooling my children. She hung up the phone on me twice, once during our follow up conversation and a few minutes later when I called to see who the owner was (she claimed she owns the business). Customer service was horrendous, and I will never go back.
