I know several people at the Lieutenants House under the direction of Manuel Fields, i seem to have reprts and documents stating that the men's facility has a cook and funds. The women's place does not, as a matter a fact i have pictures of the women in line at the food pantries and at other places asking for food because the funds for the ladies are been misused. Mr. Fields is kiving in a good home, always wearing his gold chians, nicely dress while the women in his facility are out there seeking food and personal products such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap and other things at churches. The program is funding by the FEDS and other agencies but no money is entering that house
