RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL - Visited the warehouse March 3 2021 to look at inventory. I asked if I can tag merchandise to hold for 2 days so I could process a Purchase Order. Called back 2 days later and was rudely told they do not hold merchandise unless paid after which the woman hung up on me. I called back and asked why she hung up and was told - we were finished. She then proceeded to argue her assumption for my call. Told me they don't have time to look for items for every caller. Merchandise must be paid in full. I asked if I can make my purchase over the phone but was told that request was impossible and needed to be approved by the owner. I asked to speak to the owner. Was answered with - the owner does not have time to speak to customers asking for discounts. I don't know what her assumptions were but I was prepared to buy merchandise to furnish 16 two bedroom condos. I find it very odd that a business refused to make that kind of a sale.
