If you are driving hwy 77 in central Texas, this is the place to eat. Their Tex-Mex food can compete with anything Austin has to offer. Best Chile Rellenos I've ever had, great Carne Asada and bacon-wrapped jalapeno-stuffed shrimp to die for. (you might have to ask for the latter, as it is currently not on the menu, but available by special request). Plus, Evie is the best waitress in Central Texas.
