A truck driver for Caston Architectural Millwork, truck number 2445785 was driving on I35 southbound between Goldsby and Purcell at around 830A. I noticed him in my rear view mirror coming up extremely fast behind me. I didn't slow down, speed up or move over, but me going the posted speed limit of 70 wasn't fast enough for him. The driver swerved to get in the other lane and then immediately swerved back into my lane, missing the front passenger side of my car by inches. The way he was driving it wouldn't surprise me if he was high or drunk. I work for the highway department and know how dangerous I 35 is especially when its raining and to have someone like this on the road legally is a danger to our lives. He needs to be off the road IMMEDIATELY and FIRED. HE IS A DANGER TO SOCIETY AND NEEDS HIS CDL PRIVILEGES REVOKED IMMEDIATELY.
