This business is absolutely a joke. I highly recommend NO ONE from stepping inside this store, ever. First of all, my friend bought an expensive watch from here and months later found out it was FAKE. After an appraisal, she had arrived at the store with the appraisal form to return the watch and they gave her a hard time. Second of all, the owner is rude, incompetent, argumentative, and unprofessional. Steve speaks and writes so unprofessionally, as if he doesn't care about first impressions. He has violated many Yelp guidelines by reporting users who leave Genesis Jeweler's bad reviews, and contacts and spams customers that they are lying about their bad reviews, like me, who leave one star, 100% honest and truthful reviews. Third of all, every time I come here, the employees are rude and the owner is rude; they act as if they couldn't care less if their business went out of business. I'm not sure what type of business they are running here. Save yourself and never step foot in this scamming, incompetent, unprofessional, and completely absurd store. Pros: - Nothing Cons: - Rude, incompetent, unprofessional owner - Fake watches - Uses a separate Yelp account to report users who leave bad reviews - Spammers who contact customers that they are lying about their reviews - Rude staff, rude employees
