If i could give less than 1 star I would,as this place does horrible, horrible work.They press your items dirty & return to you still soiled.They remove all the life & brightness from garments-even colored items & brand new things.They totally ruin shoes,hats,purses,leather items,coats,evening wear, whatever they get from you,Shoes peel and totally disintegrate.They present pleasant/friendly tones and dispositions but stick to/follow through on nothing they sell in order to get the job.They work through relationships they have w/people at insurance companies...and once they get paid, they don't even bother to fake it anymore&won't even return a phone call.They are just horrible.Don't use them even if your insurance company directs you to them.Choose your own cleaning service,one you personally knows actually cleans your items &won't fade&ruin them.Rosie's cleaners does horrible,horrible work &I made sure my insurance company knows so they will stop recommending them.Also,they took all my clothes away on hangers (because it was easier for Rosie's)& promised to return all my hangers.All my clothes were specially hung on unbreakable high-quality store hangers that are expensive&there were lots&lots of them.To this day Rosie's has not done what they promised & returned my hangers.Additionally, every time I speak to them about it I have to remind the same folks over and over again about promise they made to return my hangers.they destroy your items&don't keep their word.HORRIBLE
