Exceptional Response Time and Customer Service! I had the misfortune of my brand new construction home flooding 3 months after we moved in. As you can imagine this was devastating. I called MicroTech and within HOURS they were at my home. I was beyond impressed with the level of attention and customer service I received from everyone on staff. No question was left unanswered and the time that the crew took while explaining the process etc. made me feel like I was the only client. Brian and his team anytime we met didn’t answer their phone. I received their undivided attention. It went along way. Everyone at MicroTech made sure that I understood every step of the process. No call was left unreturned and I always received a response in a timely fashion. I hope that I never have to use them again, but in the event I do they will be my first call. The only call to make when you need someone now... MicroTech was recommended by our remodeling contractor Joe Dethloff. I called them at 8:02am and their crew showed up by 8:45am that morning. Mark Smith, the lead technician was courteous and understanding of our situation. He introduced his partner, explained their procedures and promptly began working on moisture levels around the affected area. 1 hour later, Brian Sobolewski came to our house and sat with me for the next hour educating me on how the process works and set ample expectations for how long we could expect for the 1st phase (remediation) to last. The crew showed me all the damage that had occurred and asked plenty of questions about what led up to my initial discovery. While the process required fans and dehumidifiers to run 24 hours a day, every effort was taken by the crew to make our home as comfortable as possible. The office administrators Trena, was always helpful, courteous and prompt in her communications. MicroTech's work was thorough with the moisture/mold remediation completion in a workman like fashion. The affected area passed the required "Clearance Testing" on the first sample. We are now entering into the re-construction phase using the contractor recommended by Brian and MicroTech.

I had Microtech come out and look at a mold / water damage problem I was having with my siding. They provided an inspection with a thorough report which included the findings of the inspection, the sources of the damage and the recommendations to fix the problems. The technician was very professional and took the time to answer my questions and provide further insight to what had initially caused the issues. I really felt I could trust the company from how they handled the job. They were really helpful with providing answers and suggestions without pressuring any services. I really appreciate that. Microtech was chosen by my builder to correct construction issues that led to water damage in my home. From day one I was impressed at the responsiveness of this company especially because they are based in Jacksonville and I live in Port Orange (Daytona area). David Williams was the site super who came out to address my issues and was very thorough. David kept the work area clean and went beyond my expectations with the equipment he used to get the job done quickly. Trina scheduled each appointment and followed up each visit with me on the phone. Brian was available when I had concerns about the extent of the damage and remediation process. I have seen mixed reviews about this company on other sites and I can tell you in working with them 3 times to correct my builders issues they have far exceeded my expectations. I have been in the construction/water intrusion field for a long time and they do know what they are talking about and are very honest. I have no complaints at all about this company and they have done everything I have asked in a very time efficient manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who requires their services.
