Absolutely the worst property maintenance company I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with. I have been taking care of a large fast food chain for over 15 years, new owners decided to go with FM, what a huge mistake!!!!! After over 30 office hours, jumping through their hoops to get on board with them, I find myself no longer maintaining the 9 properties I had been taking care of for years. I encountered such problems as being lied to and asked to hold back information from restaurant managers. I was never given the opportunity to bid on my existing restaurants, and worst of all having to wait over 45 days to receive payments!! Do yourself a favor, steer clear of FM and anyone who uses them!!!!
