I had been looking for a mini van for about 3 weeks and had looked at over a dozen. I had never heard of Reser, as I'm from Bellefontaine, but they turned up a search on autotrader in a van that suited me. I spoke to a salesman named Andy, who may have been the most down to earth salesman I've ever met. He let me take the van out for the whole day. I told him when I arrived back from the test drive what I liked and what I didn't. He never pressured me or made me feel like if I didn't buy it I would be missing out. We worked out a great price and I bought the van that day. From all the other vans I looked at I found the best one on this small lot priced well under what I would have paid at a larger lot. While I was signing paperwork the owner, Andy, went out and cleaned the glass, gave me some gas, and installed my plates. Of all the dealers and salesman I've met and done business with, this one was the best. The large dealerships could learn a thing or two from these boys!
