Just moved here right at a month now . 1st time I used them I left 6pk of bottled cokes in old white man min van 10 min later called ask bout and never got a call back nothing. So if they steal $4 worth cokes wat else will they keep if accidently left. ? Rates out control $6 per extra person where I come from its $5 per trip don't matter how many riders . plus you share a cab at times no meters in cars and march 03 ,2022 my room mate had a roach fall from the old white man mini van ceiling on her.we shine a flashlight to make sure she knocked it off and seen nest of roaches between front seat in the carpet . plus the old white man then ask my rm mate if I needed to be committed to mental hospital. He is a taxi driver we pay $25 round trip for both us to get a ride I feel Jr taxie driver was rude lack professionalism voicing his opinion of me he is a meer taxi driver not a psychiatrist and should behave appropriately. Always have trouble with him when we get old white man. We would use another service of Transportation but the only Transportation Waycross has to offer that is public is JR Taxi if I was not a heart patient and if I could walk I would prefer to walk in the ride with them the cabs are nasty the doors don't work you always having to share a ride with somebody else and their rates are outrageous so I give this company a 1-star I would give them a zero if possible
