John was recommended by the Architect who is currently conducting designs for our home remodel. John has been detailed and prompt in his correspondences via email. I knew nothing of what surveying entailed, and he kindly explained to me in layman terms the necessary items that needed to be done prior to his own work to be performed, and he also submitted a detailed proposal of what work will be performed by him.
