I would like to take the time to let you know how pleased I am with my purchase of the 2011 GMC YUKON Denali and to let you know how professional and courteous David was in dealing with me. They are a great team and a pleasure to deal with. I got a quote from them on the internet at and no time did they pressure me to buy anything nor did they use "bait and switch" tactics: they were direct and the price they quoted was the price I paid. David was very responsive to my requests and expectations?his willingness to work with me via email up until the actual lease was signed made all the difference (most other dealerships insisted on an in-person discussion). As I'm a very busy professional and mom, I don't often take the time to comment on personal experiences based on purchases etc. However, as I know they do matter a great deal I wanted to be sure to take time out of my day today and send well deserved kudos your way for David.
