Mr Emerson, owner of Weaver's Septic Service, came out, looked at job and gave me a price and a date. Agreed on both and work date was ten days out. Work day arrives and I had gate open and area ready at 7am. Waited and waited, no one shows or calls. 2:30pm I call Weavers to see what is going on. Someone answers phone with a bunch of static. I ask if this is Weaver's and person confirms. Give my name and address, state that they are supposed to be at my home for a job today. Person on phone states "tomorrow". "Tomorrow?", I ask, "you're supposed to be here today". Person says "tomorrow" again. "That's it, tomorrow", I say. Person replies "we will be there tomorrow morning". "Really" I say, "no I'm sorry for not calling or moving date", but I do not get to finish because caller hangs up on me when I say the words,"no I'm sorry". Called back, got Mr Emerson's voicemail. Cancelled job and asked them not to come out. Mr Emerson did not call to find out why I cancelled job so I can only surmise Mr Emerson was the person who originally answered phone and was rude and hung up.
