This company is the sub contractor for Rosal Homes in Wheatfield NY. Gray's furnace installed and service my heat and A/C for a new build residential home. Issues from leaks to replacing parts to a new Carrier unit have occured within the first 2 years of install. This company does come out when called for service, except for this last major issue. This issue is over 1 year old and Gray's furnace is slow to fix, or simply does not know how to fix this issue. To further escalte the issue, the owner of Gray's Furnace, John Dufour, is clearly aggravated when I call to try have this issue resloved. I would not recommend this company for install or repair.
