This is to tell people out there to never buy a Nova-Arthro walker from Tuality Medical and Supply. They treated me like dirt and blamed me for breaking my own walker. I was in a horrible car wreck in the summer of 2006 and my knees went out. My mom bought this walker for me with money she did not even have since I was working only part time that year. It was a 4216 Mighty Mack walker color blue. This walker came unwelded and mom got it rewelded and it came unwelded again in the same place 8 months later. They replaced the first walker and got a new one and a year or so later the second walker broke in the bottom left as the first walker in the same spot. I did my own research this week on the telephone and discovered calling two businesses in Portland and they told me they no longer will carry products from Nova-Arthro due to poor workmanship and poor welding. The store decided to not fix it and said they took it to the warehouse and told me a day later on the phone which was 5/11/2012 that I broke my own walker and joy rided it down foster avenue where I worked and there was no proof anywhere that I did this. I did not do this and would not hurt a walker that I need desparately and love alot. I plan to tell everyone I meet no matter where I am to never go to this store and do business. I know I am not the only one with problems with these walkers and feel the disabled are being taken advantage of for something we have never done ever. I never treated my walker bad at all.
