Our programs are about wellness. We address the physical body, energy body, breath, mind and emotions. Classes are small and personal where our students learn how to practice. All of our teachers are Registered with the Yoga Alliance. Etowah Valley Yoga is a Registered Yoga School, both 200 and 500 hr. The teacher training program has been approved by MYCAA, a program to aid the spouses of active military personal.
