We are building a new home on Fahi Pond and we were referred to Partridge & Kids. This was a big job! It started with having a level pad for our camper, so we had a place to live while our home is being built. We had a septic/leachfield installed, trees removed and a large area raised up and levelled for the house and garage. The process was huge and we didn't have the vision that Daryel and Corey had for this job! They did what they said they would and tons more! They were there for us every step of the way. They're reliable, always there when you call (and believe me we called!) Daryel cinched up every aspect of the job by making calls to Embden Town Office and tackled any questions or concerns we had. He, Corey and Randy staked out the area for the buildings and took extra care to make sure we were well outside the 100' shoreline zone and put up necessary barriers to keep any possible run-off from reaching the pond. The Embden CEO said they never see jobs staked this well! They are careful, considerate, kind and we hate to see the job finished, because they are like family now! I'll try to get photos to add to this, because it's unbelievable what they've accomplished! The product that they use is QUALITY and packs down good, so when it rains, you don't have a muddy mess and you can feel just by walking on it that you have the support for any job. Our camper never budged or sunk and we had hard rains. Our lot is fully prepared now for the foundations, septic is fully operational (we've been using for our camper already) and they even landscaped with mulch around edges to make it look good. Our driveway was already here when we bought the lot, but it was narrow, lumpy and sunken in spots. Now it looks level, wider and smooth. What a transformation!! I swear, if we never did anything else, this lot looks like a million bucks and our view of the pond has increased ten fold, not to mention increased the value of this property. Partridge & Kids' rates are very reasonable! The thing is . . . they give so much more in time and product! They promise to make it like they predicted and it doesn't matter what it takes, Daryel makes it right! No kidding. He's a smart business man with a terrific family, some which I have not met yet, but they're all part of his awesome business, always ready to answer the phone and any questions you have. Don't call anyone else . . . everyone around knows them and their spotless reputation. They're worth the wait, if you have to wait. We love Partridge & Kids Construction! Every time they finished for they day, they made sure that the property was perfectly safe and cleared for us to be able to use our driveway and get turned around. We were impressed with how neat they kept everything! Not an easy job when you're ripping out trees, and stumps, while making big holes and bringing in many, many, I mean many tons of product. You guys are simply . . . AMAZING! My husband tells me they will be back once the foundations are installed. Can you believe it? Daryel wants to make sure to finalize a few things and bring us more mulch to landscape with! Crazy good!!
